Tenute Eméra is a winery owned by Claudio Quarta Vignaiolo located in Lizzano, Puglia, in the Salento region of Italy. With an 80-hectare property, 50 of which are planted with vineyards, Tenute Eméra is located near the Ionian Sea and is famous for its Primitivo di Manduria wine. Within the vineyards is the old Casino Nitti-Quarta, a historic building that holds traces of the local wine-making tradition. This is also the site of the "Lu Capucanali" festival, which celebrates the historic ritual of the grape harvest and offers participants the opportunity to experience the traditional crushing of grapes with their feet.
