The Tuscan Valtiberina and the Lake of Montedoglio. Villa i Comuni is located in an extremely panoramic position, with a view on one side of the village of Sansepolcro and on the other on Lake of Montedoglio. The village of Sansepolcro is about 3 km away and is equipped with shops and services of all kinds, about 2 km away from the villa there are also 2 restaurants. The Lake of Montedoglio, nestled in a beautiful valley, the Valtiberina Toscana, is especially during summer a destination for many visitors. Its shores are filled with people who enjoy the landscape, sunbathe, but above all practice sports such as fishing, rowing, windsurfing and sailing. The lake is also the ideal place to practice bird watching, it is in fact a refuge for a wide variety of species of birds, which remain there all year round or are passing through during migration.

A wooden staircase leads up to the attic where there is a living room with sofas and large panoramic windows and a double bedroom.
