A few km from the ancient city of Arezzo. Poggio Pellicciaia is located on a beautiful hill in a panoramic and sunny position just a few km far from the city of Arezzo. The ancient city offers shops and facilities of every kind and during the whole year there are numerous folk and cultural events, such as the Joust of the Saracen and the Antiques Fair which takes place the first Sunday of every month. Arezzo is placed at the convergence of the 4 valleys which constitute its province and preserves countless remains of its history, starting from the Etruscan age until nowadays. Through its wide territory we find either the plain which opens in the Chiana and Arno rivers valleys or the renowned and flourishing hills covered with grapevines and olives which render the landscape always different and colourful.

Plunged into the green wide park there are the owner's villa and a stone's throw from it a single villa 'Diamond' and another villa divided into two apartments: 'Emerald and Ruby' all wisely and refinedly furnished. At guests' disposal a wide barbecue and a beautiful swimming pool (size mt 16x8, depth mt 1,00-2,00) to share with the owners, with internal hydromassage and wide gazebo with small bar equipped with fridge.
