Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, traumhaufter Blick und sehr gute Lage. Vereinzelt könnte etwas renoviert trotzdem sehr schön

Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Es gibt kein Restaurant oder eine Bar in der Nähe. Es gibt einen Minimarkt wo man das Notwendigste bekommt. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Spent a great vacation in this house. Everything is there what is needed. Fantastic location, easy walk to the beach (2 minutes). Breakfast at the front terrasse with view to the sea. Lunch and Dinner at the backside in the shade.
Things to be aware of:
1. The wild pigs come at night and look what is inside the waste bins. Can be fun though to hear them make strange noises.
2. The small ants are getting into the house. So hide any open food (fruits, etc). Otherwise you get an invasion of them.
3. To the landlord. It would be good to get a little fresh up on small items such as door latch or maybe a more modern approach for storing the cutlery.
Other then that as mentioned it was fantastic. Will try to come back next year.

Traumhafte Aussicht, tolle Lage!
Die Zimmer sind großzügig und es ist von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Korkenzieher alles da, was man braucht.
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und. 2 Kindern da und haben uns seh wohl gefühlt.
In einem der Bäder war die Dusche nicht richtig sauber und der Toilettendeckel war nicht richtig befestigt.
Als wir abends ankamen, machte sich gerade eine Wildschscheinmama mit ihren Kindern über den Biomüll der Vormieter her.
Wildschweine haben wir auch am Tag öfter in dem Gebiet gesehen. :-)
Den Müll besser erst morgens rausstellen.
Er wird täglich abgeholt.
Zum Strand läuft man in einer Minute.
Es gibt ganz viele wunderschöne Strände wo man in kurzer Zeit hinlaufen kann.
Wir hatten die Strände im Oktober fast immer für uns allein. Traumhaft...
Stundenlange wunderschöne Spaziergänge entlang der Strände, auf Felsen klettern...
Wenn man mit der Fähre kommt, am besten in Olbia einkaufen.
Das Geschäft in Portobello ist teuer und hatte im Oktober nur morgens geöffnet.
Wir haben dort morgens Brötchen gekauft. Das Restaurand war im Oktober leider auch nicht mehr geöffnet. Ist aber klar, da nicht mehr viele Urlauber zu dieser Zeit in Portobello sind.
Uns hat das Haus und die Lage sehr gut gefallen.
Wir kommen wieder!

The rooms are spacious and you will find from the coffee machine to the corkscrew - everything you need.
We were with 4 adults and 2 children and we felt very well.
In one of the bathrooms the shower was not really clean and the toilet lid was not properly attached.
When we arrived in the evening, a wild boar mum with her children was just starting to make use of the organic waste from the previous tenants.
We also saw boars more often in the area during the day. :-)
Better put out the garbage in the morning, it is picked up daily.
You can walk to the beach in a minute. There are many beautiful beaches where you can walk in a short time.
We almost always had the beaches alone in October. Perfect ...
Hours of beautiful walks along the beaches, climbing on rocks ...
If you come by ferry, it is best to shop in Olbia. The shop in Portobello is expensive and opened in the morning in October only.
We bought bread there in the morning. The restaurant was unfortunately not open in October. But it is clear that there are not many tourists at this time in Portobello.
We liked the house and the location very much.
We will be back!
