Ein sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit einem tollen Pool und Hund Pepe inklusive (s. vorherige Gäste). Liebe Vermieter, die direkt nebenan wohnen.
Weg zum Haus über eine Schotterpiste, guter Zustand.
Da es eine landwirtschaftlich geprägte Gegend ist, werden durchaus unter anderem auch Sonntag morgens ab 6.30 Uhr mit dem Kettentraktor (statt Reifen wegen der steilen Hügel) die Felder bearbeitet. Oben auf dem Hügel (kleine Häuserreihe) bellten und heulten oft mehrere Hunde. Das war etwas störend, wenn man sich die Ruhe erhofft.
Wunderschöne Ausblick mit toller Terrasse und Aussendusche. Einrichtung entspricht dem Stil des Hauses. Etwas verwöhnt. Sehr schöne Umgebung. Viel fahrenit dem Auto muss in Kauf genommen werden.
Casa immersa tra ulivi e vigne, un oasi di pace e bellezza. Portico ampio dove pranzare e cenare. piscina favolosa. La casa è ben tenuta e pulita. A 10 minuti si trova la spiaggia del gineprino . Consigliatissima!!
Great location on the top of the hill, even during the hottest days there is always a nice breeze.
The property is the best solution for families and groups, it is very well equipped and maintained the swimming pool is awesome.

Wat een fantastische ervaring. Het huis was adembenemend, echt waar. We hebben al zeer vaak huizen gehuurd naar deze was echt speciaal. Je had direct een vakantiegevoel. Prachtig zwembad, zeer aangenaam terras met bijna constant heerlijk briesje. Ook de inrichting was helemaal onze smaak.
Daarboven ideale ligging om tal van fijne uitstappen te doen in Puglia. Ik zeg niet vaak hier wil ik nog eens terugkomen, maar deze keer wel. Het was een schitterende week.
The villa met all our expectations. Beautiful location, well equipped, nice garden & pool area and the host was very helpful with everything. Would happily come back another time.
Beautiful place! Overall it is 4 stars because even though the room was nice and very clean, the castle itself is not super well maintained, I wonder if it is because of COVID. So for example I thought there would be a restaurant open also in the morning for breakfast, but it wasn’t the case, which is a pitty not to take advantage of the beautiful terrace and not being able to have a cappuccino :) Aside from this aspect it was anyway worth it! The area is simply splendid and we booked ebikes for 2 days, which was a great way to really experience the Tuscan hills and the area around. It is a bit far from Florence, so take that into account if you are planning to go on a day trip to the city, however there is anyway a bus that you can take! All in all I would return there with pleasure!
La vaste propriété et la piscine sont splendides, très agréables et dans un état d’entretient parfait. On entre dans la belle propriété par une grande grille à ouverture automatique du plus bel effet.
La vaste maison dans le style Toscan qui réserve de belles surprises est bien agréable et reste fraîche lors des journées très chaudes (il faut garder les portes et les volets fermés bien sûr).
Les propriétaires sont charmants et aux petits soins. Ils ont une ferme non loin de la maison et sont toujours là pour aider en cas de besoin. Ils nous ont même offert un magnifique panier de légumes de leur ferme à l’arrivée (de même qu’un bac d’eau et une bouteille de coca) ! Encore merci à eux :)
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à la villa Cécilia, profitant des villages et villes aux alentours, des terrasses, de la piscine, de la propriété, des criquets et de la maison (vaste cuisine et séjour, hall de nuit impressionnant, salle de bain très agréables et belle chambre parentale avec un lit à baldaquin).
Une route longe la propriété mais le bruit est léger et ne dérange pas.
La casa immersa nel verde delle colline abruzzesi è un incanto, ottima la pulizia e generosi gli spazi. Un commento speciale va lasciato in onore della coppia di proprietari che ci ha ospitati, grandi e piccini, in questo luogo incantevole. Abbiamo trovato in loro due amici dal cuore grande, rispettosi dei nostri spazi e sempre pronti ad aiutare. Non dimenticheremo mai quella vista del mare meravigliosa e i nostri due nuovi amici, che porteremo sempre nel nostro cuore
