We had a fantastic week at Villa Hibiscus. With the wonderful autumn weather, we lived on the terrace. The villa is bright and airy and all the bedrooms are well separated for privacy and quiet. The location is ideal for visiting the area. Palau is a ten minute drive and there are numerous grocery stores within easy distance. Would definitely recommend this property and will seriously consider returning.

We LOVED our stay at Cascina Luscai and would highly recommend it to others. Not only is the house spacious, well appointed and very clean, the host is extremely kind and very accommodating. In addition, it is very private with a beautiful pool and landscaping that offers stunning views of vineyards and the hilltop village of La Morra. It is very well located, only a few minutes from such neighboring villages as Barolo, La Morra, Monforte, Dogliani and Grinzane Cavour.

die aussicht ist das beste an diesem haus. super schön! das war aber auch alles. haus selber ist gross, aber simpel. wenig komfortabel. alte möbel, durchgelegen. ebenso die betten. die badezimmer haben eine badewanne ohne duschschlauch. für die tägliche hygiene ungeeignet. die gartenmöbel sind billiges plastik ohne auflagen. der garten ist ungepflegt.
da hat jemand ein haus in toller lage geerbt und will geld machen durch vermietung, ist aber zu geizig auch nur ein kleines bisschen an komfort für die gäste zu investieren. schade! könnte man was tolles draus machen.

Wunderbare historische Villa mit traumhaftem Blick in die Landschaft und teils sehr großzügigen Zimmern samt Bädern. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der uns am ersten Abend auch leckere Bütterkens in den Kühlschrank gestellt hat. Für uns im Vorfeld nicht klar war, dass man den Blubberpool einige Tage vorher bestellen soll, nicht erst bei Anreise. Wir hatten außerdem durch unsere Reservierung ein paar Extras inklusive, zum Beispiel eine Weinprobe. Wir hatten dafür eh keine Zeit und haben daher nicht dahingehend nachgefragt, wurden allerdings auch nicht darauf angesprochen. Das muss man also ggf. selbst in die Hand nehmen. Unterm Strich ein tolles Reiseziel!

The landlord was very friendly, and he even put delicious butter cookies in the fridge for us on our first evening. We weren't aware that the bubble pool had to be booked a few days in advance, not just upon arrival. Our reservation also included a few extras, such as a wine tasting. We didn't have time for that anyway, so we didn't inquire, but we weren't even asked about it. So, you might have to ask for it yourself if you want to do that. Uitleg naar woning toe, niet duidelijk, bij handdoekenpakket zit geen theedoek en keukenhanddoek. Verder was huis prima en ligging ook. Douche wel erg klein deur kan niet helemaal open.
