Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. für 5 Personen ist ausreichend Platz ein Doppel-und Einzelbett oben und ein Doppelbett der unteren Einheit. Unten leichter Schimmelgeruch. Sonst Alles Tiptop.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very nice rooftop terrace with sea view. Plenty of space for 5 people: a double and a single bed upstairs and a double bed downstairs. There was a slight musty smell downstairs. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in October. This is a good location for access to other towns such as Portofino and Sestri Levante and Rapallo has a nice beach and promenade with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The host, Verbena was very responsive and very helpful, including putting on the heating! The bedrooms are large with three of the four having plenty of wardrobe space, complete with plenty of hangers. The living space is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to self cater. There are however a few factors that you need to consider if arriving by car. As described, the driveway is very steep and narrow but it also has includes a hairpin turn. Whilst there is parking space for at least two cars you need to be sure that you can turn your car(s) around at the bottom. As a family we arrived in a large SUV and a VW van. I found the drive way very challenging and too difficult when the drive was wet, so the SUV was parked at the top of the drive for most of our stay. The VW van would not have negotiated the bend so we had to leave it at the top of the drive way in the shared entrance, which was not ideal. These are factors to take in to account if you are arriving in a large family car such as an SUV or estate car. The neighbourhood is lovely and the view is spectacular. There is a good supermarket with parking a few minutes away but there are no pavements, so we did not walk to and from town which we would have liked to do. We were delighted that the house was dog friendly and having the outdoor space is a real benefit, however on two occasions a large dog from the house next door came into the garden and had to be retrieved by the owner. Whilst the dog was in no way aggressive, just curious, we had to keep our own dogs out of the way and check the garden before letting them out. I’m sure this can be resolved by fixing the wire fence between the properties. Whilst I would recommend this property it would be subject to giving consideration to these factors.
We so wished the weather had been better so we could enjoy one of the most attractive parts of the villa- the garden. The villa itself is charming, especially the downstairs,though the elevator takes some getting used to. The upstairs is spacious but feels a little sparse and could use something to warm up the vibe.
We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huis in Sicilië. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig: het linnengoed en de handdoeken waren uitstekend geregeld. De keuken is goed uitgerust en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, al zou een kleine aanvulling in kookpannen nog welkom zijn.
Het comfort van de bedden viel wat tegen, dat mag zeker verbeterd worden.
De ligging is echter perfect – vlak bij het bruisende centrum van de badplaats, waardoor je overal gemakkelijk te voet naartoe kunt.
Al met al een fijne plek om te verblijven!
[English translatio courtesy of Easy Reserve] We had a wonderful stay in this house in Sicily. Everything you need was provided: the linens and towels were excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, although a few more pots and pans would have been welcome.
The comfort of the beds was a bit disappointing, and that could definitely be improved.
However, the location is perfect – right next to the bustling center of the seaside resort, making it easy to get everywhere on foot.
All in all, a lovely place to stay!
Superbe grande maison, beaucoup de caractère. Grand jardin et grande piscine. Avec une si belle maison, il est dommage que la cuisine ne soit pas superbement équipée. Pour une grande famille comme la notre (nous étions 13). L'espace de préparation des repas est petit, l'évier est minuscule et le frigidaire est plein avec rien.
La maison est également située assez loin des commerces les plus proches.
Malgré ces détails, nous y avons passé de bon moments.

With such a beautiful house, it's a shame the kitchen isn't well-equipped. For a large family like ours (there were 13 of us), the food preparation area is small, the sink is tiny, and the fridge is small.
The house is also quite far from the nearest shops.
Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful time there.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison de village sur 3 niveaux avec une place de parking bien commode, bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Loin de l'affluence touristique à seulement 13 km de Sienne.
Prévoir d'y arriver de jour arriver car située dans une ruelle un peu difficile à trouver de nuit.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this three-story village house with its convenient parking space, excellent amenities, and comfortable atmosphere. It's far from the tourist crowds and only 13 km from Siena.
Be sure to arrive during the day as it's located on a narrow street that can be a little difficult to find at night.
It was perfect and would stay there again. Great location and very quiet.
