Zeer Goed 4 /5We rent the house for 2 weeks during August 2016. The Description of the house and the equipment are compliant with reality except for TV. There is one TV in the living room but satellite was not giving us many channels (10 ?? and no Italians or French one)
We loved a lot our stay in the property and the fact that neighbours are not too close and that each family has its own room or appartment. We were 15 peoples including 7 childs.
But there is some details to change :
- Make a all inclusive price for the renting (including the cleaning 300€)
- For 2 weeks renting, realize a real cleaning of the house and not only changing the beds & towels.
- Ask for 50€/week to use the washing machine is not fair.....comparing to the price of the house.
Caution system with 1000€ to give in Cash is not convenient, should find an other way.
To visit some cities around, it takes 1h to Firenze, 1h30 to Sienna, 2h to Pise, 30 min to Arezzo, which is OKZou u deze woning aanbevelen aan een vriend? Ja
