There are 3 main problems with this property:
1- It is infested with Scorpions, they are everywhere, even in the shower.
2- There were no fans and when we asked for at least 4 because the property is 5 bedrooms we were brought only 2, we had to buy 3 more because it was very hot and due to the insects windows cannot be left open at night. Fans are very cheap at 20 euros each so we expected that the property would have them.
3- There is practically not Internet, it is so slow it cannot be relied on for more than sending a whatsapp message without attachment. Nothing can be streamed, or downloaded unless you're willing to wait for hours. If you have any work to do then it is even worse.
Besides that the property is nice, with a large plot and if the above 3 major issues are fixed then it could be a good option for 2 families. But unfortunately one cannot sleep with Scorpions all around in all corners of the house, it is very hot without fans in the summer, and the internet is vital these days for a comfortable stay.

[Counter comments from the owner] The scorpions mentioned are absolutely harmless and are sometimes found in the toilets because they are looking for water. As the house
is in the middle of the countryside, one cannot assume that there are no insects.
For Wi-Fi, we contacted the telephone and internet companies, but the whole area has little signal coverage. We have added several devices in the house to boost the connection but that's all we can do.
As for the heat, this evening was the hottest ever recorded in the last 30 years. Usually in summer you have to sleep with blankets because it is very cool
in the evenings.
